PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE 1/2 MARATHON OF FORMENTERA 2022 AND THE 8 KM. SANT FERRAN-LA SAVINA, TO AWARD THE 1,900 ENTRIES AND THE 1,000 ENTRIES AVAILABLE OF THE QUOTA, RESPECTIVELY.

Given the large number of requests received each year, the organization conducts a raffle for entries on the race to determine the athletes who will have a place in the next year’s edition.

The pre-registration period for the XIII ½ Popular Marathon Illa de Formentera and 8 Km. Sant Ferran - La Savina will start on December 9, 2021 and finish on January 10, 2022.

The pre-registration is only possible for one of the two distances. So we ask you to pay attention to which distance you choose when pre-registering.

After pre-registering, you will receive in the email address provided, the participation number in the raffle (we advise you to verify all the data).

Guaranteed entry is awarded to athletes who have participated in a minimum of 5 editions, and therefore, they are exempt from the raffle. During the pre-registration period, these people will receive an email with the instructions to access the registration platform.

Formentera’s residents must request their guaranteed entry through the Sports Area of ??the Consell Insular de Formentera, where they will be provided an access code for registration platform.

Pre-registration is individual and non-transferable. The data entered when applying for an entry in the race and the chosen distance cannot be modified during the final registration process.

For people who want to participate in a group, we advise you to pre-register at the same time, in order to obtain the maximum consecutive numbers possible.

REGISTRATION CALENDAR ½ MARATHON AND 8 KM FORMENTERA 2022

- From December 9, 2021 at 12 p.m. to January 10, 2022 at 11:59 p.m., the pre-registration period will be available through our official website www.marato-formentera.com

- The raffle before a notary will take place in Formentera, on January 12 at 12:30 p.m.

- Deadline for the final registration of the winners of the raffle, will be from January 14 to February 7, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.

 - 1st play-off, if necessary, will be from February 9 to 14, at 11:59 p.m.

- 2nd play-off, if necessary, will be from February 16 to 21, at 11:59 p.m.

- 3rd play-off, if necessary, will be from February 22 to 28, at 11:59 p.m.

A total of 1,900 places will be raffled for the Half Marathon and 1000 for the 8 Km, due to all the entries that have been transferred from 2021 to 2022 at the request of the participants, which have been discounted.
